At Satayu Organic and Herb Pvt. Ltd., we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied, you are entitled to cancel your order or return the product under the conditions outlined below.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 30 days without providing any reason.
The cancellation period is 30 days from the date you received the goods or when a third party (other than the carrier) designated by you takes possession of the delivered goods.
To cancel your order, inform us via email with a clear statement at support@satayu.in.
We will process your reimbursement no later than 30 days from receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the order, and you will not incur any additional fees.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, ensure that:
The goods were purchased within the last 30 days.
The goods are in their original packaging and unused.
The following items cannot be returned:
Goods made to your specifications or personalized items.
Perishable items or products with an expired date.
Items unsealed after delivery for health protection or hygiene reasons.
Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods. Please send the products to:

We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service as we are not liable for lost or damaged goods during return transit. Refunds will not be issued without proof of delivery or receipt of the returned goods.
Refunds for Gifts
If the goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned product, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the goods were not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver shipped the goods to themselves, we will send the refund directly to the gift giver.
